Note - Within a GreyMetrics Team, only the Super Admin has access to view or amend the billing Plan. This is the person who created the initial GreyMetrics company account.
Your GreyMetrics subscription can be managed within the Company Profile section of your account.
This is accessed by clicking the profile icon at the top right of the screen:
Next, select 'Plans', and the current subscription will be displayed, with the option to purchase additional Clients / Dashboards, up / downgrade a Plan, and switch between monthly/annual billing.
'Manage Your Subscription' opens your Customer Portal, where payment card details can be amended and a subscription cancelled:
